The success of our proprietary and specially developed integrated customer relationship system, which also fulfills the unique needs of international large corporations, made TcT the number one Contact Center solution provider in the region. Our freely configurable modules that can be adapted to our IT framework system manage the corporate customer communication channels in an integrated, transparent and adjustable system. Based on the precise knowledge of the unique needs of our partners and our professional experience spanning two decades we are the recognized Contact Center competence center of the region and our client management applications are in the forefront of industrial innovation. We were the first one to develop a CTI based sales system that controls and optimizes the process right from the telemarketing contact to the conclusion of the contract in each and every step. In a corporate setting, several of our value added modules - Process Control, Resource Management, Quality Control - are used independently of the Contact Center basic module. -

Based on the votes of the exhibition participants, the Grand Prize of TechShow was awarded to CallMix, a product developed by us.
